Kingston Hotel 25 @ Summit Signature Batu Pahat, Johor

Friendly owner

The bed is a bit dusty, the heater shower makes too much noise when use

Hotel located near to city centre. Affordable rate with good hospitality.

Breakfast buffet doesn't have much option since not many people were staying there. No mini refrigerator provided.

Spacious roomFriendly staffWater refill dispensary

Room already oldToiletries can be improveBreakfast is really low quality

The rooms are big and spacious. I brought my own foldable mattress for me and my baby to sleep on the floor.. the hotel is stroller friendly. Got lift too. The staff was really helpful. The hotel is connected with a mall. There's a diy, target supermarket, there's a lot of shops that sell clothes too

Everything was good except breakfast ?. So sorry but it really needs to be improved. The food was dull. It feels like I eat at the hospital ?.

The room are big and spacious. My baby sleep with me on the floor (bring my own foldable mattress). And there's still have a lot of space.

The breakfast was really disappointing. There is not much choice. It was very dull.

Room super comfortable..friendly staff

Breakfast not too many choice..so..so

i'm completely satisfied with the room and facilities. Netflix and wifi definitely gets a thumbs up. Breakfast foods exceeded my expectation.

if any complaint i would have . It must be because its located annexed to a near emptied mall. But anyway its worth money staying here.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Strategic location.

Location

Staff was not efficient. I waited for more than 10 minutes to check in while he looked for confirmation although I have shown him my confirmation. He gave me a smoking room without asking me. Aircond was not working and I have to change room. New room also smelly. Aircond a bit better but it looks like no service has been done on the A/c.

Free Parking...many places to park

Room need upgrade or renovate. Aircond too small and not cold at all..

No problem finding carpark lots

The reception doesn't seem to know much about Batu Pahat. Asked questions on where you can look for certain things, they can't help

The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. It was nice that they give two pillows for each twin bed. The air con was quiet and it cooled the room quite fast. The room that we were given had a nice view of the city. There was ample parking space at the next building and in front of the hotel. The room was quite spacious - so you don't feel so crammed.

The bathroom sink water pressure is very low but the shower water pressure was fine. There is no hair dryer provided, although there is an ironing board in the room. If you park at the next building, you have to walk some distance through the connecting bridge to get to the lobby. Otherwise, you can park on the road in front of the hotel. The parking lots in front of the hotel belongs to the hotel.

Everything is fine here.. Clean and comfortable.. Nice staff..

hotel location is good with plenty of parking for a work trip. staff are friendly and helpful.

given room during the stay is dated, maintenance & cleanliness need to be improved, breakfast selections are cold when i having it at 8:30am.

The rooms were clean.

1. Staff very un-sure of their responsibility .2. No one managing the operator line when being called for assistance from the room.3. TV not working.4. Guidance to parking should be improved.

the staff are polite and helpful all the time, upgraded my stay for free, room is well maintain, breakfast is nice for a work trip and car-park is easily available and accessible.

overall amenities could be improve, a hot & cold water dispenser at the lobby would be nice for work trip guests, also if the mall attached to the hotel could get some revamp with cafeteria add to it would be perfect for work trip & also family holiday goers.

very satisfied.. and comfortable.. beautiful and clean room..
